Senator Shehu Sani expressed disapproval of the attire worn by some foreign men who paid a courtesy visit to the Emir of Katsina.
Sharing a photo of the visitors in knickers, Sani argued that just as Nigerians are expected to dress “responsibly” when visiting “the kings of White people,” foreigners should reciprocate by dressing appropriately when visiting Nigerian kings.
He urged the Katsina monarch not to permit such attire in the future.
