A video which surfaced online has shown traders and children dancing and jubilating with white powder all over their faces.
A Source disclosed that this celebration in Ughelli south of Delta State is coming after the release of a little girl named Flourish who was kidnapped by unknown men three weeks ago.
It was gathered that the girl went missing that fateful day when she accompanied her mother to her business place after which she walked down to her neighbor’s shop as usual with her sibling.
“The mother of the child who went missing walked down to the neighbor’s shop to carry the child and her sibling in order for them to eat lunch but found only the sibling there, she called the attention of her friend who is the shop owner, only to find out that Flourish had supposedly walked downstairs to the mother’s shop about 2 hours ago”
“The search for Flourish began but was futile, the mother even slept in the market hoping that the child would come back that day”.
Our source revealed that as the search continued the next day for the child, a juju priest was contacted and he revealed that the child’s father sold the child for a certain about of money, this discovery led to a separation between the couple.
“As God may have it, the father of the child received a call last night to go pick his child up from a church in Aghision street, the man went with the chairman of the street in doubt but found his little girl there, the whole market has been in joy since the return of the little girl.
