In a recent graduation ceremony at the MultiChoice Talent Factory West Africa Academy, the spotlight was on four outstanding students: Samuel Ogundeyi, Abdulaziz Atta, Baokye Dacosta, and Elvis Damptey.
Ogundeyi secured the top spot, earning an eight-week scholarship to the New York Film Academy, while Atta claimed second place, securing a two-week Bollywood internship with Zee World. Ghanaians Dacosta and Damptey jointly took third place, receiving a two-week internship at a local film and TV production in South Africa.
Additionally, the prestigious CEO Award, recognizing exceptional business ideas, was presented to the founders of Dare To Dream, accompanied by a grant of N2 million to support their entrepreneurial endeavors.
This ceremony marked the graduation of the class of 2023, the latest cohort to emerge from the academy since its inception in 2018.
Commending the graduates for their unwavering dedication, creativity, and unparalleled talent, the CEO of MultiChoice Nigeria encouraged them to persist in their craft.
He congratulated the students for their “unwavering dedication, creativity and unparalleled talent,” while encouraging them to remain steadfast in their craft, continue pushing their creativity limits and use their platform to “amplify voices that need to be heard, advocating for narratives that celebrate who we are authentically.”
