In a heart-wrenching turn of events, the scourge of banditry has claimed the life of a young student at the Federal College of Education, Zaria, Kaduna State. Bashir Sadisu, a promising young scholar, was among five individuals brutally killed during a recent bandit raid in Ungwan Dankali, Zaria Local Government Area of the state on the fateful night of Friday, October 6.
The news of this senseless tragedy has sent shockwaves through the community, leaving family, friends, and fellow students devastated by the untimely loss of a bright young life.
The somber occasion called for solidarity and support, as college authorities and students alike rallied together to mourn the loss of one of their own.
The President of the Student Representative Council (SRC) at Federal College of Education, Zaria, Musa Sa’ad Bamalli, joined hands with the Dean of Students’ Affairs, Dr. Y.B Akut, along with Bashir’s fellow course mates and numerous students from the institution. Together, they paid a heartfelt condolence visit to the grieving family of the departed student.
